(1) The registration fee of USD 150 is only for those who have already paid their AAPCHS 2023 annual membership fee.

AAPCHS Active membership usually requires the recommendation of at least three AAPCHS members from two different countries.

◆Those who have registered for The 3rd AAPCHS Annual Meeting are also eligible to attend the 59th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery (JSPCCS). The 59th Annual Meeting of JSPCCS will be held July 6-8, 2023 at Pacifico Yokohama North.

Registration for the 3rd AAPCHS will be made through the registration system for the 59th JCPCCS.
The 59th JSPCCS registration will open in mid-June 2023.

When registration opens, the Secretariat will inform AAPCHS members.

VISA
If you need a VISA to enter Japan to participate in the 3rd AAPCHS, you will need to fill out “PERSONAL INFORMATION for VISA” form and send to the following e-mail address;
aapchs.scientificp@outlook.jp.
We will send you the VISA application form in PDF format by e-mail. If you would like us to send you the original application form by mail, please ask the office to do so.
◆Please note that we do not know the information for each country, so please check by yourself.
Invitation Letter
Invitation letters will be sent to presenters by e-mail from the Secretariat. Non-presenters who need an invitation letter to participate in the 3rd AAPCHS should contact the AAPCHS Head Office Secretariat;
